Morning Motivation #1

Good Morning Team!

I hope everyone is up and ready to smash the day today! Let’s have a good start to an even better week!

I want to briefly talk about the importance of frequency in the gym. It is crucial to get in the gym every chance you get, just to keep it familiar and maintain the habit of attending! If i have a crazy busy week ahead of me, i will normally still get in the gym a minimum of three times for maintenance. This will keep your gym motivation up, along with curbing cravings you may otherwise have.
